Chicken Alfredo Recipe (Pasta/fettuccine)

Ingredients
- 2 cups fettuccine or penne pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Direction

Cook the Pasta:
Boil a large pot of salted water. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. -
Sauté the Chicken:
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Season the diced chicken with salt and pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. -
Make the Alfredo Sauce:
Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens slightly. -
Combine:
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Cook for another 1-2 minutes to heat through. -
Serve:
Garnish with chopped parsley and additional Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve warm.
