Ingredients

  • 2 cups fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Direction

  1. Cook the Pasta:
